School-Home Communication

All information will be sent home via text, email or robocall. It is important that all families have an email and current phone numbers updated in the school system. Please make sure to update the school office of any changes in your phone, email, or address.  


Electronic Newsletter & Website Calendar

A bi-weekly electronic newsletter will be sent to parents and staff by the principal. The newsletter will include important information on school-related matters and events. The newsletter will also be posted on the school website. We encourage parents to read this newsletter each time it is sent out so that they are aware of what is happening at school. Coffee with the Principal 

Coffee with the Principal is once a month. This is one forum for parents and the principal to get together to proactively discuss issues and next steps to help our school. It is a time to ask questions, make suggestions, and share your thoughts. Check the school calendar for dates.

Information will be posted on Facebook for upcoming events as reminders. Pictures of current events will also be posted so parents can see their children in action.


Questions, Issues, & Concerns 

Your questions and concerns are important to the school. We urge you to raise them through the appropriate channels. Your child's teacher is your first avenue of approach when you need to discuss your child, the class or the curriculum. Email, call or send a note to your child’s teacher. They will contact you as soon as they can. Questions or concerns about school policies and implementation, teacher performance, or other serious matters should be brought to the office/ principal/administrator. Please make an appointment at the office.
